BARL Field Day & Picnic 2010

BARL (Bangladesh Amateur Radio League) is going to organize a Field Day & Picnic 2010. It will be a very good opportunity for learning by practical experience and to meet fellow S21 hams. We cordially invite all the S21 hams and their family members, short wave listeners & genuinely interested persons to participate the event and make it meaningful. We highly encourage making available your complete or incomplete radio\ antenna projects & QSL cards for display at field. Don't forget to bring your HF\VHF\UHF radios in event. This is a unique opportunity to compare performance of your rig.

08:30 (Sharp): Start from Dhaka
09:45: Reach Venue
10:00: QSL card and project display
10:30: Group discussion on Amateur Radio Operating Procedure and Introduction to Homebrew
Facilitate by: Liakot Liaquat Ali S21V
11:30: HF radio station setup and operation. (Station remain active all day long)
12:00: Site seeing & games
13: 30: Lunch
15:00: Group discussion on Propagation Theory and Amateur Satellite
Facilitate by: Rubayat Hasan Khan S21RA
16:00: Tea Break
16:30: Clean up the venue
16:45: Leave for Dhaka
