A23 SW Frequency Change

With the beginning of A23 season at 0100 UTC (1000 KST),  March 26, 2023, KBS WORLD Radio English Service to Indian subcontinent will broadcast at 1400-1600 UTC (2300-0100 KST) on 9785 kHz instead of 9630 kHz.
