On 8th June 2016, Hiroyuki Okamura from Japan enquired that he's getting KTWR Guam's DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) transmission on 17780 kHz on his SDR, 0800 UTC onwards but only data.
Upon enquiry I was informed that it is a special test transmission called "filecasting" by KTWR Guam aimed at Thailand. Filecasting is basically transfer of audio files in data form over HF for onward distribution.
Another innovative use of DRM30 !
