Myanmar's state-run radio and television (MRTV) and the Voice of America (VOA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in program broadcasting, official media reported Wednesday.The MoU was signed on the occasion of the visit of VOA Director David Ensor.
