Manara Radio on 15440 kHz

Manara Radio in Hausa noted at 0730-0830 UTC on 15440kHz, 1600 UTC broadcast not heard. Manara Radio website under construction. The Manara in Hausa, it will be the same meaning as the Russian Mayak.
