Digital Radio Mondiale™ (DRM) is already preparing for this year's International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) in Amsterdam 12th - 16th September. IBC is the leading global tradeshow for broadcasters and media professionals and attracts over 150,000 visitors every year from over 160 countries worldwide.
All those interested will be able to meet DRM experts, broadcasters and manufacturers on Friday 12th (Ampegon booth, Hall 8 stand D35) and on Saturday 13th (Nautel booth, Hall 8 Stand C49). Under the banner "DRM-Building to a Billion and Beyond" the event on Saturday will chart the journey from last year's plans to this year's reality.
Participants will be able to see and hear all the latest DRM30 and DRM+ technology in action and receive an update on the recent market developments.
Ruxandra Obreja, the Consortium Chairman, says that: "This year in Amsterdam we will demonstrate that DRM is becoming established. During IBC we hope to make an exciting announcement to underline that global, green and extremely cost-effective DRM is the future of digital radio."
