Libya: Engineers break from state-run radio, set up makeshift studio

The voice of the revolution resides in a rundown compound of single-story concrete buildings on the outskirts of this city, the de facto capital of rebel-held Libya. Stray cats jog through the debris, and abandoned trucks are lined up against a wall.
