Entertainment Network starts broadcast from Raipur radio station

Entertainment Network India (ENIL), the largest private FM radio
broadcaster in India, announced today the commencement of
broadcast from its radio station at Raipur with effect from 7.00
a.m. on Jan. 11, 2008. Incorporated in 1999, ENIL is owned by
Times Infotainment India (TIML), a 100% owned subsidiary
of Bennett Coleman, the flagship company of the Times group.
ENIL is the largest private FM radio broadcaster in India, based on
the number of operating stations and listeners. It operates FM radio
broadcasting stations through the brand `Radio Mirchi` in seven
Indian cities. It is the only company with private FM radio stations
in all 4 metropolitan cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkatta.
The company`s brand, `Radio Mirchi` has won 4 awards received
by radio broadcasters from the Radio and Television Advertising
Practitioner`s Association of India in 2004.
